Examin AI is an AI-powered platform that generates quizzes from uploaded study materials. We provide both free and premium subscription tiers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to the files you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it solely for the purpose of generating quizzes. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. You also agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
Premium features are available via subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
